Epic Dashboard

As an Epic Owner

I want to create (have) a single pager dashboard, that have all key information of my epic

So that I can use it to create transparency and better collaboration with epic stakeholder

Above images are couple of example template for the same… One for quarterly report and one for monthly.

All in all a good Epic dashboard should have following info

• A quick trend of how we are on Budget and Delivery
• Key achievements / outcomes of last month / since last report
• Forecast (key outcome we are aiming for) for next month / until next report
• Is the outcome aligned with Epic roadmap
• A view of epic roadmap
• Key impediments
